I would just like to thank everyone at 854 for there kindness and patience, i had a Emergency appointment for toothache. I haven't been to dentist for 30yeas because i was fearful. But from start to finish they where great. Thank you to the very Encouraging Receptionist, nurse Tracy and the dentist Heam.
Wow!!As a nervous, anxious and scared patient I cannot thank the team enough. I rang up and had an emergency appointment the next day.I met with Kevin and Michelle's who put me at ease straight away.Kevin was great at explaining what I needed doing now and in the future. They took me through each step.I needed an extraction, not a huge fan of needles but again Kevin helped me with breathing exercises and I didn't feel a thing, within 40 mins I was walking back to the car.The whole process was smooth and made me feel so much better about going to the dentist in the future.So glad I came across this surgery.Would highly recommend!!
I visited this dental practice as I broke my front tooth when I accidentally bit into a spoon when having dinner. This was the first time I had visited a dentist in 21 years due to nervousness but this was something I had to get fixed as it was hard to bite and the broken tooth was sharp.I had called several dentists in the area and this was the only practice that had an appointment available on my day off work and I wanted to get the broken tooth fixed quickly because it looked awful.I had my initial consultation with Addy where she examined my teeth and did X-rays. She was very easy to talk, was very thorough, and answered all the questions I had. She explained everything she was doing during the consultation.I then had the tooth fixed the following week with composite bonding. I did not need drilling or anesthetic. The repair took around 45 minutes. The finish was amazing and the filling they used looks like a real tooth. I would highly recommend this practice. Addy is a brilliant dentist and the dental nurse Tracy was also lovely.
I won't lie, going to the dentist isn't my favourite activity. But having been with the team at 854 for many years, Richard, Helen, Victoria, Tracy and Sharon have made my regular visits relatively painless. The quality of the work is so high and in these Covid times, it feels safe and reliable. Richard and his team are easily the best dental surgery that I've ever used.
