Our in-house implantologist Dr Anta Riekstina uses the MIMI Champions Flapless Implantation Method (Minimally Invasive Method of Implantation). This Technique has been growing in importance since this Surgical Technique, which causes hardly any bleeding and pain, is performed without incisions, without Mucoperiosteal Flap Reflection, and without sutures where possible. 

We use Champions (R)Evolution implants – world renowned for their revolutionary design. Unlike traditional implants, no incision is required for the majority of patients, reducing pain and enhancing the healing process. The two piece system allows easy removal of the crown in the unlikely event of any damage, without comprising the integrity and fitting of the implant itself.

The implant is surgically placed into the jawbone and replaces the root of your tooth. After it has been fitted, the bone surrounding the implant will gradually osseointegrate (fuse) to it, thus resulting in holding the implant firmly in place. A false tooth (crown, bridge or removable denture) can then be fitted on top of the implant.

Dr Anta is also able to offer more specialist configurations, including all on four or all on six implants if you are missing entire rows of teeth or struggling with removable dentures, and where there is not enough bone, she can perform bone grafts and sinus grafts.
