Appointments
Unless you need an emergency appointment your first visit to us will be a New Patient Appointment.
This first appointment is very important and a great deal of information needs to be exchanged so please feel free to bring a note of any questions that you may have. We will ask you to complete a medical history form when you arrive so please bring your glasses and a note of any medication that you are taking so that we can take the best possible care of you.
You can download and print off a medical history form here and bring it with you if you wish. During the appointment you will receive a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, soft tissues and jaw function. We will also take intra-oral photographs to help explain what is happening in your mouth but will only take radiographs (X-Rays) if clinically justified.
All aspects of your dental health will be fully discussed with particular attention to any areas that you are concerned about. If further appointments are recommended, the options available and the associated fees will also be explained. If there are no immediate appointments to be made we will make arrangements for your next regular visit.
We will ask you to read our Data Protection Privacy Notice and complete a Data & Contact consent form.
